A: The zipper options shown on the product page only include the 12 most commonly selected basic types - they are not the full range available. In fact, our catsuits support many zipper combinations, including but not limited to: Nipple zippers, Crotch zippers(front, back, or fully open), Multi-zipper combinations(e.g., back zipper + crotch zipper + nipple zippers), Zippers in special positions(customized to your needs)

If the zipper type or combination you want is not listed on the product page, simply write your request in the order notes at checkout - including the position, type, and combination you need. We will craft your catsuit according to your note. If you are unsure how to describe it, you can also include a simple sketch or reference link.

Q: Can I make small adjustments to the style, such as adding gloves, socks, hood, zip or other accessories?

A: Yes. If you would like small adjustments to the gloves, socks, neckline, cuffs, or other details, or if you want to add extra accessories, simply write your request in the order notes at checkout.

Since these adjustments involve additional costs, we will contact you by email after receiving your order to confirm the exact fee and arrange payment. Just write down what you want in the notes, and we will take care of the rest.

Q: What is the difference between standard sizing and made-to-measure? How do I order with my own measurements?

A: Standard sizing is based on general body proportions and fits most body types. You just need to select your size (e.g., XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) on the product page. Made-to-measure is crafted entirely to the measurements you provide — including height, chest, waist, hips, inseam, arm length, torso length, and more — offering a significantly better fit and comfort.

Catsuits demand a higher level of fit than any other garment: too tight restricts movement, too loose creates wrinkles and affects the look. If you fall between two standard sizes, or if your body proportions differ significantly from general sizing, we recommend choosing made-to-measure.

If you choose made-to-measure, please submit your measurements on the Submit Your Measurements page after placing your order. We will then craft your latex catsuit to your exact measurements. Both standard and made-to-measure catsuits have a production time of 4-7 days, and both support color, thickness, and zipper customization.

A: Both standard sizing and made-to-measure have a production time of 4-7 days. Regardless of which option you choose, we will begin crafting your products as soon as we receive your order.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?

A: If your order has not yet entered production, you can modify the color, thickness, zipper type, or sizing information for your catsuit. Since the zipper and sizing options have a significant impact on the final product, please notify us of any changes as soon as possible via order notes or email.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: Standard-sized products support 30-day returns or exchanges (must be in unused condition). Made-to-measure products are highly personalized and generally cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
