A: Yes. We offer 80+ colors, 5 thickness levels, and multiple zipper types for our latex hoods and masks. Simply select your preferred options on the product page when placing your order.
Q: What if the zipper option I want for my hood & mask is not listed on the product page?
A: The zipper options shown on the product page only include the most commonly selected types for our latex hoods — they are not the full range available. If the zipper type you want is not listed, simply write your request in the order notes at checkout, and we will craft your hood according to your note.
Q: What is the difference between standard sizing and made-to-measure?
A:Standard sizing for our hoods is based on general head and neck proportions and fits most head shapes. You just need to select your size (e.g., M, L) on the product page. Made-to-measure is crafted entirely to the head circumference, neck circumference, and facial contours you provide, offering a significantly better fit and comfort.
If you choose made-to-measure, please submit your measurements on the Submit Your Measurements page after placing your order. We will then craft your latex hood to your exact measurements. Both standard and made-to-measure have a production time of 4-7 days, and both support color, thickness, and zipper customization.

A: Both standard sizing and made-to-measure have a production time of 4-7 days. Regardless of which option you choose, we will begin crafting your hood as soon as we receive your order.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet entered production, you can modify the color, thickness, zipper type, or sizing information for your hood. Please notify us of the specific changes as soon as possible via order notes or email.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy for hoods & masks?
A: Standard-sized hoods support 30-day returns or exchanges (must be in unused condition). Made-to-measure hoods are highly personalized and generally cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
